For best results on jewelry and reflection rendering you can use: BagginsBill Free Dome (ENVSphere) and you can get even more HDRI Scenes at HDRI Labs which are updated monthly with more uploads.
When using the ENVSphere for your "shine" remember to go to Render Settings and set Gamma to 1.0, this program was made to work in Poser 6 and 7 but with the mentioned setting it can also work in Poser Pro versions.
