Remember the past and the start of the Nation is always a good thing. With Epoch outfit, M4 is like draped in the flag to wear proudly the colors of the country.

The transparency of the veil is one of transparency textures gave by Prae in her Epoch set.

For metal parts, if you use Daz Studio you need to sort settings of surfaces.

Daz 3+
Poser 4 +
Epoch M4 H4, by Prae [in our store]

Notes:

Tested in Poser 11 (and created in), and in DS3 and DS4. Work perhaps in previous versions of Poser.

Tested in a Windows environment (W8.1).
