Refunds or replacements will only be issued within 10 days from the original date of purchase.
In the event that a product is found to be defective or the product description misrepresents the product a refund may be issued. However, issuing refunds will be the responsibility of the merchant, if product is found not to be as promised. Fantasies Realm Market will make every effort to test each item before it is released for sale to the public and will offer customer an in-store credit for any value not refunded by the merchant. Customer is required to accept a replacement of same item if nothing is wrong with the product in cases where they may have gotten a bad download.
Customer is obligated to review product details and images to determine if they want the item, Fantasies Realm Market is not responsible if buyer purchases an item then decides they do not want it or do not know how to use it.
Refunds will be issued only after the Buyer has worked with the Artist to fix the problem. When a refund is issued, the Buyer is responsible for deleting all files using the product and may not redistribute the product.
Once a product has been purchased and downloaded the customer has accepted the merchandise.
Fantasies Realm Market will try to make the product available for future downloads if needed but we can not guarantee the products availability. We suggest that you archive your purchases after downloading them or purchase a disc backup from us to ensure you have the item later on.
There are no refunds for Shippable products. All sales are final.
In the unlikely event of manufacturing error, defect, or damage you may notify Fantasies Realm Market within 24 hours after you have received your product and we will provide instructions for returning the item. Fantasies Realm Market reserves the right to determine validity of claims of manufacture errors, defects, or damage.
On any item marked "As Is" the customer is solely responsible for their purchase and any arrangements will be between buyer and seller. Fantasies Realm Market is not responsible for the quality of any "As Is" item but any complaints against a merchant will be reviewed and if merchant is found responsible for fraud that merchant may be suspended or removed from merchant status on Fantasies Realm Market.
At times Fantasies Realm Market may offer its members products or services that are not being distributed as Fantasies Realm Market merchandise. Such items may include but are not limited to third party software (such as Poser), internet service or specialty items (lithographs, posters,clothing, etc..). Third party items in no way are backed by Fantasies Realm Market returns and or support...members must contact the manufacturer in regard to refunds or exchange unless specified by Fantasies Realm Market in the documentation of each product.
