This pose pack consists of 20 poses with 20 mirror poses

They are for the M4 Base default and M4 Bodybuilder Morph.
All files are in .pz2 for Daz Studio and Poser.

Pose pack for M4 default can be used immediately while the Bodybuilder INJ must be used before the Bodybuilder Pose pack can be used.

Usage Limits:
Set limits to OFF then apply the default poses.
Use Bodybuilder INJ file BEFORE using the Body Building poses.
